◖ An overview

Beginning your care journey

After you get in touch, we’ll arrange your free care consultation at a time that suits you best. We’ll talk through every aspect of your or your loved one’s care, identifying what you can manage independently, what you may need support with, and exactly how you’d like your care arranged.

We then create a tailored support plan, personalised to your specific needs, and connect you with one of our dedicated Community Carers — chosen with your personality and interests in mind.

After your first week of care we’ll carry out your first service review, and then every 3 months after that, so we’re always adapting to your needs and meeting your expectations.

  1. 1

    Chat with our team

Whether you’re enquiring for yourself or a loved one, you can reach us by phone, email or by visiting our office. Someone from our brilliant team will offer support and advice and answer any questions. We’ll then arrange a free care consultation visit at a time that suits you.

  2. 2

    Free care consultation

During your free consultation we’ll assess your or your loved one’s care requirements — identifying tasks you can manage independently and those you may need support with, and agreeing how long and how often we’ll visit. We’ll ask about your health needs, daily routines, lifestyle and what matters most to you. Once we confirm we can meet your needs, we’ll provide a Service Agreement to be signed by you or someone you trust. We make sure every choice is fully informed and that you always understand what’s being discussed.

  3. 3

    Matching your Community Carer

Using what we learned at your consultation, we build your bespoke care plan — how we’ll deliver your care and the goals we set together — and focus on connecting you with the right Community Carer. Genuine relationships matter, so we match you with someone who shares your hobbies and interests and has a similar personality. Before care begins, we’ll arrange an introduction visit to make sure they’re the right person for you.

  4. 4

    Regular service reviews

Once your care begins, we regularly monitor and review your support plan to make sure it keeps meeting your expectations and adapts quickly to any changing needs. Your first review is after your first week, then every 3 months — and we can review at any time, because support needs can and do change.

  5. 5

    Feedback and improvement

Throughout your care journey we actively encourage feedback on your experience, whether compliment or complaint. It helps us keep refining our services — building on what’s working well and addressing any concerns — so you always receive the right care you deserve.
